served with a celeriac remoulade and basil oil

Pressing of ham hockparsley and mustard terrine
with a tomato and chilli chutney

Roast pepper and tomato soupdrizzled with creme fraiche served
with thyme croutons and fresh bread

Thyme roasted bronzed turkey breast,chestnut stuffing roast potatoes
cranberry jus.

Cumbrian beef topside,homemade Yorkshire pudding and
a rich red wine sauce.

Seared Scottich salmon fillet with a prawn,
caper and chive cream sauce.

Braised field mushroom with a five bean cassoulet
and stewed tomatoes.

The hotel has 24 ensuite bedrooms and party goers staying overnight will have complimentary use of our leisure facilities including swimming pool,spa,steam and sauna rooms.

Fridays and Saturdays £44.50 Per person
