Our fully qualified staff offer personalised exercise programmes as well as a wide range of activity classes including aerobics, aqua areobics and yoga.

We offer a wide range of membership packages to suit everyone. We welcome enquiries and tours of the facilities are always available.  Please contact us for further details.  The country club is open from 7am till 10pm Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 10pm on Sundays.
