Booking Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room is required to confirm your reservation.
  • In cases of cancellations of 4 weeks or less, charges will be made for the accommodation we are unable to re-let. We advise that insurance is taken out. Every effort will be made to maintain these rates, but the management reserve the right to make amendments in the event of substantial increases in the cost and charges outside our control.
  • Children age 3-15 years sharing a room with two full paying adults are charged at £25.00 per night bed and breakfast with any extra meals charged as taken.
  • An extra cot in the room it is charged at £10.00 per night.
  • Dogs are charged at £15.00 per night. In consideration for other guests we ask that dog owners ensure that dogs are clean and dry before bringing them in the hotel;. Charges will be made for any damage caused or extra cleaning that may be required.
  • The hotel operates a non smoking policy throughout.
  • All prices quoted are per room per night.
  • 2 adults per room maximum.
  • All children must be accompanied at all times and, to use the gym, must be over 16yrs.
  • £20.00 Surcharge for an early check-in or a late check out .

Alcohol  Policy
The hotel has an alcohol beverage license that would be in jeopardy by allowing guests to consume their own alcoholic beverages on site without any controls. Most guests prefer to purchase beverages and enjoy them in the bar and lounge areas.

We offer an extensive selection of wines, spirits and beers and there is something to suit every taste.  Should you choose to bring your own alcohol into the hotel from outside, a £30.00 corkage charge per bottle will be applied to your bill.
